To jeopardize his own therapeutic progress

When in therapy for few month did you ever asked your self or give your self truthful evaluation ,on how I am doing?!

It is very important to create internal self dialog about your therapeutic progress.

Many people, after few short month become inpatient and stop coming for therapy. Some might go from therapist to therapist, others stop therapy all together, totally frustrated.
Often clients have conflicting and many times frustrating fillings, about therapist and therapeutic process and progress.

Much of internal fillings of anger, self pity, judgment and more confusion ,surfaces when therapy began. These thoughts become open and usually they might interfere , with our clear decision about benefits of therapy. Often such thoughts and feelings,get in way of Good therapeutic process.

In order to overcome such hurtle,
We need to make decision from the beginning, that such emotional developmental progress is difficult, filled with many conflicting emotions.
We need to go fully invested, with open mind, focus, currage and discipline.
